How do I end a block early?

With an accountability partner, they give you an unlock code. In Lockdown Mode, nothing ends the block before the timer, by design.

Why can't I delete Recovo?

While a block is running, Recovo protects itself from being deleted so a craving can't undo it. It can be deleted again once the block ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel in your iPhone's Settings in under a minute. No calls or emails, and your streak and history stay saved.

How do I delete my account and data?

Delete your account from Recovo's Settings. It permanently removes your data from your phone and from our servers.

My accountability partner didn't get the text
