How do I cancel my subscription?
Recovo subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel them through your iPhone, not through us.
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Recovo.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from inside Recovo: Settings → Manage Subscription.
To avoid being charged when your free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it does. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Common questions
Does cancelling delete my data?
No. Your streak, journal and history stay tied to your account, so they're there if you come back. To delete them, see How do I delete my account and data?
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting the app leaves the subscription running. Cancel it in Settings as described above. If iOS won't let you delete Recovo, a block is still running: see Why can't I delete Recovo?
I subscribed again, but Recovo still shows the paywall
Tap Restore Purchase on the paywall. If that doesn't unlock it, see I paid, but Recovo still shows the paywall.
