I paid, but Recovo still shows the paywall
Your subscription belongs to the Apple ID that bought it. Recovo checks with Apple to see whether that Apple ID has an active subscription. If it can't find one, you see the paywall again. Here's how to fix it.
1. Tap Restore Purchase
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchase. Recovo asks Apple for your subscription again.
- "Restored" means you're done.
- "Nothing to Restore" means Apple found no active subscription on the Apple ID this iPhone is signed in to. Go to step 2.
- "Restore Failed" is usually a connection problem. Check you're online and try again.
2. Check the Apple ID and the subscription
Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- If Recovo is listed as active, the iPhone is on the right Apple ID. Go back and tap Restore Purchase again.
- If Recovo isn't listed, the purchase was probably made on a different Apple ID. Sign in with that one, or restore from the device that bought it.
