My accountability partner didn't get the text

When you add a partner, Recovo texts them once. It asks them to reply YES to confirm they agreed to be your partner, and it includes their unlock code. Recovo sends nothing more until they confirm.

Check these in order

1. The number. In Recovo, open your partner's details and check the number, including the country code.
2. Their filtered messages. On iPhone, texts from unknown numbers can land under Filters → Unknown Senders. Ask them to look there.
3. Did they reply YES? Until they do, Block Setup warns you that their confirmation hasn't arrived. Don't start a long block until it has.
4. Did they reply STOP? Replying STOP opts them out, and carriers then block further texts from us. Email us and we'll help you sort it out.

If none of that works, email support@recovoapp.com with your partner's first name and the day you added them. Please don't email us their phone number.
