Recovo is an iPhone app for people who want to quit gambling. It blocks gambling websites and apps at the system level, counts every day without a bet, and lets someone you trust hold the code that ends a block early.

What makes it different

• Two layers of blocking. A Safari extension blocks 430+ sportsbooks, casinos and betting sites, plus every .casino, .bet, .poker, .bingo, .slots and .lotto address, with nothing to configure. Apple's Screen Time covers gambling apps and every other browser.
• Someone else holds the key. Ending a block early needs an unlock code texted to an accountability partner. The user never sees it.
• Lockdown Mode for people who'd rather not involve anyone: a block that nothing can end early, not even the user. It isn't a guarantee: see what a block can't stop.
• The block list grows from user reports. Sites people send in from the app are reviewed and added in updates. Recent releases name the casinos added.
• No shame on relapse. Logging a slip starts a new streak and keeps the best one saved.
