How it holds

Four things standing between you and the bet.

Blocks the apps and the sites
An always-on Safari extension blocks 330+ sportsbooks, casinos, and betting sites automatically. Screen Time covers the apps themselves, across every browser.
Counts every clean day
The streak is the point. Recovo tracks each day gambling-free and marks the milestones that actually matter.
Puts a person in the way
Turning the block off takes an unlock code texted to your accountability partner. The urge has to get past someone who cares.
Keeps a private journal
Work through the triggers in writing. Your entries stay yours — backed up to your account, never sold or shared.
The road

Recovery is measured in days, not promises.

Recovo counts every one — and shows you how far you've come, from your first clean day to a full year.

Every milestone is a reason to keep the streak alive. The further you go, the more you have to protect.

Why Recovo

Willpower alone rarely beats a machine built to keep you betting.

Online gambling is designed to be impossible to walk away from. The apps sit one tap away, the sites reopen the second an urge hits, and the whole system is engineered to pull you back in. Wanting to stop is not the hard part — staying stopped in the moment is.

Recovo adds friction exactly where you need it and counts the days where it matters most. Stopping becomes something you can keep — one day at a time, with a streak worth protecting and a person who has your back.

Questions

Straight answers.

How does Recovo block gambling apps and websites on iPhone?
Recovo blocks in two layers. A built-in Safari extension automatically blocks 330+ known gambling and sportsbook domains — plus every .casino, .bet, .poker, .bingo, .slots and .lotto address — always on, with nothing to configure. For device-wide coverage across every browser and the gambling apps themselves, Recovo guides you through Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) picker in about a minute.
Is Recovo free?
Recovo starts with a free 3-day trial. After that, Recovo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks blocking, streak tracking, the journal, and the accountability partner feature. You can cancel anytime.
Does Recovo work on Android?
Recovo is currently available on iOS only, because it relies on Apple's Screen Time API to block gambling apps and sites. An Android version isn't available yet.
What is an accountability partner?
An accountability partner is someone you trust who helps you stay on track. Turning off the block requires an unlock code that's sent by SMS to your partner, so you can't quietly disable it in a moment of urge. Your partner consents to receive the messages first.
Do I need an accountability partner to use Recovo?
No. If you'd rather not involve anyone else yet, turn on Lockdown Mode instead — the block runs on a timer and nothing can end it early, not even you, until it expires. Add a partner any time you're ready for a second layer of accountability.
What happens if I relapse?
Nothing gets deleted and nothing you've done gets erased. Log it in the app and Recovo starts a new streak at Day 1 — your best streak stays saved as proof of what you're capable of. Relapse is not failure, it's information.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your notification and blocking settings live on your device. Your accountability partner's name and number live there too, and reach our server only to send their SMS — then they're deleted automatically within 7 days. Your journal, relapse history, resisted urges and profile sync securely to your private account for backup and cross-device access, and are never sold.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime, right from your iPhone's subscription settings — no calls or emails required. Canceling doesn't delete your data; your streak and history stay tied to your account if you ever come back.
